My weight Loss chronicles
By Jenna the cosmetologist
I'm going to cut right to the chase losing weight is not easy. It is even more difficult if you are a woman. I have been trying to actively lose weight since July of 2014. I have since lost 30 lbs. I am currently working out daily for at least 35 minutes and I have changed my diet. I would say that diet and exercise plays a huge part on weight loss. You have to do both to see results.
One thing that you must do is realize is that weight loss takes action. You cannot just sit there and say that you need to lose weight. You have to correct the problem. The problem in my opinion is the amount of carbs that we eat. Bread noodles and white refined sugar is the enemy for our bodies. It takes those foods and coverts it straight to fat. It takes so long to burn these carbs and calories that is not really worth eating them on an everyday basis. I thought it was going to be hard for me to give up the potatoes and bread and pasta and refined sugar, but it really wasn't. I did go through about 2 weeks of withdrawals but my body got the message. When I first did this I had lost about 10 pounds in one month. This was so awesome to me.
High Fructose Corn Syrup was another ingredient that has kept weight on me for all of these years. This is in all sodas some breads and a lot of the sauces and salad dressing that are used on an everyday basis. Please read the back of the labels on your foods that you buy from the market. The first thing that you need to do is cut down on this or completely out this ingredient. High Fructose Corn Syrup helps causes a lot of common diseases that we are dealing with today.
I am currently still working at this and I am certainly seeing results. I have lost 2 dress sizes. Just keep in mind for each 10 pounds that is lost you lose one dress size, so it really does not take much to see your results.
You have to drink plenty of filtered water and sweat daily to get out the impurities out of your system. If you do not work out the waste and garbage that we eat daily will remain in the body. I eat broccoli daily. This is to help me maintain good weight loss. Broccoli in and of itself cuts down on estrogen. Estrogen is the hormone that helps us keep weight. When this hormone is out of balance you will gain more weight. So we have to exercise to help the body filter out this hormone daily. Incorporate vitamins as well. A good multi vitamin is great for everyday use, however without exercise the vitamins will not circulate well and you will not reap the full benefits of the vitamin.
